Individual therapy.

50 minutes
Fee

Who it’s for

Anyone over eighteen who is struggling with how they feel, how they’re coping, or something that happened. You don’t need a diagnosis or a referral, and you don’t need to know what’s wrong.

What a session is like

You talk; your therapist listens closely, asks questions and notices patterns with you. Early sessions are about understanding what’s going on. Later ones are about changing what you can, and making peace with what you can’t.

Ways of working

  • IntegrativeDraws on several schools, chosen for you. Maya’s way of working.
  • CBTShort and structured, for anxiety, stress and burnout. Isla’s focus.
  • PsychodynamicSlower and deeper, looking at where patterns began.
  • EMDRFor trauma and memories that still feel present. With Arjun.
  • Bereavement counsellingA steady place for grief, with Ruth.

The fee is £75 or £85 depending on the therapist. We’ll tell you which before you book anything.

Couples therapy.

Seventy-five minutes with both of you in the room, and a therapist who doesn’t take sides.

Who it’s for

Couples having the same argument on repeat, recovering from an affair, adjusting to a baby or a move, or trying to decide whether to stay together. Married or not, any gender, any age.

What a session is like

Tom slows the conversation down so each of you can say what you mean and hear what the other means. Early on he may see you once each on your own. There’s no homework you’ll dread, and nobody is cast as the problem.

“We’d had the same fight for three years. Tom never took a side. Somewhere around the fifth session we started actually listening.”

Who it’s for

People who wake at 3am, get panic out of nowhere, or feel wired and tired at the same time. It sits well alongside talking therapy, or on its own when talking isn’t the way in.

What a session is like

Practical and gentle. You’ll sit or lie down, learn one or two techniques, and practise them until they feel ordinary. Wear something comfortable; there’s nothing strenuous.

  1. Week one

    How you breathe now

Noticing your breath without fixing it, and the one change that calms most bodies: a longer out-breath.

  2. Week two

    Breath and sleep

A ten-minute wind-down for the evening, and what to do at 3am instead of checking the time.

  3. Week three

    When panic arrives

What a panic attack does in the body, and two techniques you can use anywhere without anyone noticing.

  4. Week four

    Your own practice

A short daily routine built around your life, with a recording of Clara’s voice to take home.

Who it’s for

People whose energy, digestion or eating patterns have drifted with stress, shift work, grief or a busy few years. Hannah works alongside your GP if there’s a medical condition, never instead of them.

What a session is like

The first visit is a long conversation about your week: meals, sleep, work, what you enjoy. You leave with two or three changes, not a meal plan. Most people come back two or three times.

Before your first visitJot down a week of meals, sleep and energy. We send a simple one-page sheet; rough notes are fine.
